1. Interpretation

2. General
KGLC and its affiliates provide their services to you subject to the following conditions, unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing by the Owners of the Company. Only the Owners of the Company have authority to vary or omit any of these terms and conditions.
The jurisdiction and law applicable to this contract shall be that of England and Wales.
If you visit or shop at KGLC, you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully. In addition, when you use any current or future KGLC service or visit or purchase from any business affiliated with KGLC, whether or not included in the KGLC Website, you also will be subject to the guidelines and conditions applicable to such service or business.
3. Use of data
KGLC complies with UK Data Protection Law. Information will not be passed to any third party without your expressed permission.
3.1 Automatic Information
In common with many commercial organisations we monitor the use of this website by collecting statistical user information. No personally identifiable data are collected in this process. Read our Privacy notice to find out more.

By contacting or purchasing from KGLC you consent to us communicating with you for the purpose of satisfying your request. This may include by email, telephone and/or post.
4. Products
4.1 Product Descriptions
KGLC and its affiliates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, KGLC does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by KGLC itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
4.2 Stock Levels
Our products are offered subject to availability. If for any reason we cannot supply you with any part of your order we will contact you via email or phone to advise you. We may need to cancel or refund the item from your order, in which case the funds will be paid directly back into your account.
5. Payment
Prices shown are inclusive of VAT and have postage applied at the checkout. Export orders can be charged without VAT, but may incur an additional carriage charge. If an additional carriage charge is due we will contact you to confirm before processing your order.
The price of the Goods shall be paid in sterling in the UK.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
5.1 Is the transaction secure?
Every on-line purchase made within KGLC is transmitted across the Internet using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption. KGLC receives the details of your order as a secure email. KGLC manually process the transaction using our in-store credit/debit card facility. Once debited, card details are only held as long as necessary to insure the transaction.
6. Delivery of products
KGLC will dispatch goods where instock in a timely manner. The Company shall not be liable for any delay occasioned by any cause whatsoever beyond the Company's reasonable control.
The Buyer shall inspect the Goods upon delivery.
KGLC will make good at its option by repair or replacement any defects in the Goods due solely to defective workmanship or materials.
6.1 Risk of Loss
All items purchased from KGLC are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
7. Exchange and Returns Policy
Goods may be returned to us unused and in perfect condition within 14 days of despatch for exchange or refund. Any shortage of Products or any visible damage must be marked on the carrier's delivery note.
If you receive a defective product, please contact us to arrange an exchange or refund. We aim to replace any defective items with replacements. If this is not possible we shall refund you immediately. Exchanged items will only be sent after we have received the defective item back from you in its original packaging at your own cost.

8. Copyright
All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of KGLC or its respective original owners and is protected by United Kingdom and international copyright laws. The compilation of all content on this site is the exclusive property of KGLC and protected by UK and international copyright laws.

Parties other than KGLC and its subsidiaries operate stores, provide services, or sell product lines on this site. In addition, we provide links to the sites of affiliated companies and certain other businesses. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating, and we do not warrant the offerings of any of these businesses or individuals or the content of their Websites. We do not assume any responsibility or liability for the actions, product, and content of all these and any other third parties. 10. Conditions of Use, Notices and Revisions
If you choose to visit KGLC your visit and any dispute over privacy is subject to this Notice and our Conditions of Use, including limitations on damages, arbitration of disputes, and application of the law of the state.
